CEPEX Extreme electric ball valves using high quality metric PVC ball valves with Viton seals and the 4-20mA modulating 24V-240V J+J J4CS electric actuator, built from stock and 100% tested by All Valves Online.

Specialising in the design, development and production of robust industrial ball valves, EU manufacturer CEPEX offer the high quality Cepex Extreme ball valve range covering sizes up to 4"/D110 valves in wide range of plastic materials. 

These Cepex electric ball valves use a custom mounting bracket arrangement designed and manufactured by CEPEX, which is used to mount the J4CS electric actuator. The J+J electric actuator is a great partner for creating electric PVC ball valves as the resulting valve and actuator assembly is lightweight and requires no extra pipe supports. 

This J4CS actuator is modulating with 4-20mA input/output, stays put on loss of external power, multi-voltage capable and automatically accepts any supply voltage between 24V and 220V AC or DC, has an LED status light, manual override, local and remote end of travel position confirmation and all external electrical connecting using supplied DIN plugs.

These Cepex Extreme electric PVC ball valves are available with metric solvent socket end connections and Viton seals.

Electric PVC ball valves are used in a very wide range of applications from drinking water to chemicals. Our chemical compatibility chart is here to check suitability of PVC with Viton seals with the intended use.
