Goods will be dispatched as quickly as is possible, in most cases within 24 hours of receipt of order/ payment, but can not be guaranteed as All Valves Online Ltd use a network of manufacturers' UK or EU representatives for non-stocked products and shipments from these points are not under our direct control. Should items ordered be out of stock All Valves Online Ltd will contact you to advise you of the earliest anticipated delivery date.

We typically offer 3 options for delivery, 

1 - Items that we have in stock will typically be shipped same day or next day depending on when we receive your PO. These items are shown as Green under stock availability on the product page. 

2 - Items that we don't have in stock but are either available from one of our other stock locations or we have stock due in to us, will be shipped 2-3 days from the date of your order. 

3 - Items that are on a factory lead time or coming from our European stocks are typically 7-10 working days from your order. 

All Valves Online Ltd will contact you to advise you of the earliest anticipated delivery date if the goods are ordered as stock but at the time of ordering are not. 


Delivery will in most cases be by overnight carrier, the actual carrier used will vary depending on whether we ship from our UK warehouse in Worcestershire, or direct from one of our manufacturers' UK agents.
Delivery can be attempted between 0800 to 1730 hours and whilst carriers generally try to deliver in the morning, should your require a guaranteed pre-noon delivery, you must select this option when placing your order so that the extra charge for this service can be applied.

All Valves Online Ltd where possible, will typically use one of the following major courier companies:        





Delivery to UK non-mainland addresses, typically Scottish highlands, or Northern Ireland, will take up to 3 days from dispatch. Next day or timed deliveries can not be offered for these delivery areas.


We require that all deliveries are signed for as proof of delivery. Should the carrier be unable to receive a signature, the goods will not be delivered and a card left to advise (a) that delivery was attempted, (b) the time and date they attempted the delivery and (c) a contact number you can call to receive information on how to recover your delivery.


We can now offer a delivery service to non UK destinations, goods are offered typically 'ex our UK warehouse' for export orders. We have already began shipping to USA, Africa, Australia, Asia and Europe. Please contact us today with your export enquiry.
