These electric ball valves use a custom mounting bracket arrangement designed and manufactured by CEPEX, which is used to mount the compact AVA electric actuator. The AVA actuator is a perfect partner for creating electric PVC ball valves as the resulting valve and actuator assembly is lightweight and requires no extra pipe supports.
The J+J J4CS electric actuators have an LED status light as standard, internal heater, position indicator and emergency hand operation facility, and are supplied with DIN plugs for external electrical connection. The J4CS actuator is multi-voltage capable, automatically accepting any supply voltage between 24V and 220V Ac or DC. This fail safe version has an internal battery back-up system pre-installed.
Cepex Extreme PVC ball valves are available from stock with imperial or metric solvent socket, or BSP female end connections and EPDM seals. Other end connections including flanges to PN10/16 and US imperial ends are on a short factory lead time.
