Carbon Steel Electric 3 Way Ball Valve Flanged PN16

All Valves Online Actuated Valves

Electric 3 way ball valve using a full bore PN16 flanged 3 way carbon steel ball valve range with a stainless steel ball and stem, fitted with an electric actuator from stock and fully function tested by the actuated valve specialists at All Valves Online.

The cast iron 3 way ball valve provides a robust solution for a flanged 3 way ball valve application, typically conveying heavy fuel oils, gas and various grades of water, and with an electric actuator fitted, they create an reliable automatic flanged 3-way ball valve. 3 Way ball valves change the direction of flow whereas a 2 way ball valve isolates the flow.

All Valves offer a full bore PN16 flanged carbon steel electric 3 way ball valve range that has a one piece semi-trunnion ball in valves above 1" and is a block body design with bolted on ends connections. Designed for automation with an integral ISO5211 actuator mounting pad, this 3 way ball valve is available with either an L port or T port ball, with all 3 ports in the same plane (horizontal outlet).

An electric 3 Way L port ball valve diverts the flow, typically diverting either left, or right by rotating 90 degrees from a common centre inlet port. The valve allows flow to mix when in the part open position, if this is an issue Allvalves can configure the electric actuator to reverse and turn through 270 degrees to prevent trans-flow.

The electric 3 way T port ball valve can be used to either divert and./ or mix the flow, depending upon how the cast iron electric 3 way ball valve is configured.

See the 3 way ball valve flow path options here.

Please select the brand of valve actuator you require to create your carbon steel electric 3 way ball valve from the above options to refine your search.
