AVA Actuated Industrial Ball Valves

AVP Air actuated valves for on-off flow isolation, built and tested by the valve actuation specialists, All Valves Online

Air actuated NPT stainless steel ball valves with AVP pneumatic actuators

2-Way air actuated stainless steel ball valves, with NPT screw threaded ends, fitted with an AVP pneumatic actuator, built, configured and tested prior to shipping by valve actuation specialists at All Valves Online.

AVOL 2 Way air actuated stainless steel ball valves are available in a variety of design types that typically split into either a 'screwed' ball valve, or a 'flanged' ball valve, with socket and butt weld ball valves sitting with the 'screwed' valves. Wherever possible All Valves Online offer stainless steel ball valves designed for actuation with an integral ISO 5211 actuator mount.

2 Way 'screwed' ball valves are available in two versions, a 2 piece construction stainless ball valve and a 3 piece stainless steel ball valve, which offers the advantage over the 2 piece of being maintainable whilst the valve is still in-line.The AVOL air actuated 3 piece stainless steel ball valve is available with end connections screwed BSP or NPT, socket weld or butt weld, or in a sanitary or hygienic version with clamp or OD butt weld ends.

Flanged 2 way air actuated stainless ball valves are either a wafer body design that sandwich mounts between flanges and has threaded bolt holes, or a conventional 2 piece split body bolted construction design. The wafer design offers the same functionality as a conventionally flanged ball valve, but with a much shorter face to face dimension and reduced weight.
