Well matched to PVC electric ball valves, the J+J electric actuator produces a light weight actuated valve assembly that typically requires no more pipe work support than the valve without the electrical actuator. The fail safe system comprises an internal trickle chargeable NiCad battery pack and a control circuit board.

Manufactured in the EU by Hidroten, these 2 way PVC electrical ball valves have PTFE ball seats and EPDM seals, and are available with imperial or metric solvent socket, BSP female, flanged PN10/16, US imperial solvent sockets or NPT end connections.

Hidroten designed and manufacture custom mounting kits to enable the mounting of J+Jelectric actuators, with a wrap-around style kit up to 11/2", and a top mounted moulded bracket for 2" and above. 2 Way Hidroten PVC electrically actuated ball valves are available with full flow up to 3", the 4" valve is reduced bore.

J4CS BSR fail safe electric actuators from the EU manufacturer J+J offer a single multi-voltage range from 24V to 240V, open/close operation, fail safe on loss of power, with a local visual mechanical position indicator, space heater, end of travel confirmation switches, emergency hand operation, LED status light and external DIN plug connectors. Every Hidroten PVC electric ball valve is built and tested by All Valves.
