The FIP ABS ball valve is available with imperial or metric solvent socket end connections, BSP, or flanged PN10/16, and with either EPDM or Viton seals. Where US specifications apply US imperial Sch80 solvent sockets, ASA150 flanges or NPT threaded end connections are available. In the USA the FIP electric ball valve range is known as the IPEX electric ball valve range.
The 24-240V on-off J+J J4CS electric actuator is a plastic housed industrial weatherproof electrical actuator with a high standard specification and is available with on-off, failsafe or modulating function from stock, and creates a reliable and durable ABS electric ball valve assembly.
This version has an internal BSR battery back-up fail safe system installed that uses a trickle charged Ni-Cad battery to store the energy to drive the J4CS actuator to its pre-set fail safe position should external power fail. This FIP ABS fail safe electric ball valve has imperial solvent socket ends and Viton seals.
