Specialising in the design, development and production of robust industrial ball valves, EU manufacturer CEPEX offer the high quality Cepex Extreme ball valve range covering sizes up to 4"/D110 valves in wide range of plastic materials.

CEPEX electric ball valves use a custom mounting bracket arrangement designed and manufactured by CEPEX, which is used to mount the J4CS electric actuator. The J+J electric actuator is a great partner for creating electric ABS ball valves as the resulting valve and actuator assembly is lightweight and requires no extra pipe supports.

The J4CS actuator is on-off, stays put on power failure, multi-voltage capable, automatically accepting any supply voltage between 24V and 220V AC or DC, has an LED status light, manual override, local and remote end of travel position confirmation and all external electrical connecting using supplied DIN plugs.

CEPEX Extreme ABS ball valves are available with imperial or metric solvent socket end connections, BSP, or flanged PN10/16, as well as US imperial Sch80 solvent sockets or NPT threaded.

Electric ABS ball valves are used in a very wide range of applications from drinking water to chemicals. Our chemical compatibility chart is here to check suitability of ABS with Viton seals with the intended use.

Please select the style of ABS CEPEX Extreme electric ball valve you require from the options above.
