30º Electrically Actuated V-Ball Control Valves with BSP Ends
The electric V Ball control valve range from All Valves Online offers a variety of electric ball valve styles incorporating a 30 degree V-notched ball to create a linear flow characteristic, all fitted with an electric actuator with proportional control.
The more recently introduced electric V ball control valve offers a pre-set range of V notched balls (typically 30, 60 and 90 degree V notch) mounted inside a range of ball valve bodies that give a known linear flow as the V ball control valve moves through its 90 degree open to close rotation. Flow is controlled typically using a 4-20mA input control signal into a proportional controller inside the electric actuator.
This version is a 3 piece construction ball valve with a 30 degree V-notched ball, RTFE seats and BSP female ends, fitted with a 4-20mA modulating AVA electric actuator to produce a compact electric V-ball control valve with very accurate proportional control.
The AVA actuator offers extremely accurate proportional control due to its digital magnetic position sensing system and would be Allvalves' first choice to control the electric V-ball control valves.
