The AVP air actuated brass ball valve range offers either the Genebre brass ball valve for general service applications such as water, air and oils, or the AVOL air actuated WRAS brass ball valve for drinking water applications, which is certified by the UK WRAS body for use with potable water.
Each pneumatic ball valve is full-bore providing full unrestricted flow and is designed for actuation with an integral valve actuator platform allowing the AVP pneumatic actuator to direct mount producing a compact actuated valve assembly. Every actuated brass ball valve assembly is built and tested in house by All Valves Online.
A 2 way brass ball valve isolates the flow by turning an internal ball through 90 degrees which fully opens, or fully closes the brass ball valve. All AVP actuated brass ball valves are sized for 6 bar air pressure - if the air pressure will be less than 6 bar please contact All Valves Online to check the ball valve actuator sizing.
A full range of position monitoring, feedback and control devices are available for the AVP pneumatic actuators, including limit switch boxes, Namur solenoid valve options, valve positioners, volume boosters, air filter regulators and more, both for safe area and hazardous area applications.
