Electric ball valve using a Brandoni full bore cast iron ball valve with a stainless steel ball and stem, fitted with a J+J electric actuator from stock and fully function tested prior to shipping by the actuated valve specialists at All Valves Online.


Referred to as a cast iron ball valve but in practice it is a ductile iron ball valve,it provides a robust solution for a flanged ball valve application, typically conveying heavy fuel oils, gas and various grades of water, and with a J4CS electric actuator fitted, they create an economic automatic isolating flanged ball valve.
All Valves offer this Brandoni flanged 2 way cast iron electric ball valve range that is designed for automation with an integrally cast ISO:5211 actuator mounting pad, this version has a stainless steel ball and stem
, flanged according to PN16 and fitted with the J+J electric actuator.

For gas applications an EN331 gas approved electric ball valve with a brass ball and stem is offered, fitted with a J4CS electric actuator.


The weatherproof J+J electric actuator range offers a multi-color multi-function LED status light, electronic torque limiter, heater, selectable manual override and all external electrical connection using supplied DIN plugs as standard. Its wide auto-sensing 24V to 240V AC or DC multi-voltage range has a patent pending.

The base on-off J4CS actuator can be converted to a battery fail safe electric actuator or a modulating electric actuator by installing user friendly internal plug & play kits.
