Stainless steel electric ball valve range with Genebre 2025V 3 piece BSP screwed 60º V control ball valve and a 0-10V modulating Smart AVA electric actuator from stock, every actuated valve is built and tested by actuation specialists All Valves Online.


This AVOL stainless steel electric V control ball valve range has BSP screwed end connections and is offered with a 3 piece ball valve fitted with a modulating Smart AVA electric actuator. They provide a rugged and reliable, yet economic solution for automatic flow control - typically of chemicals, solvents, paints, water, oils and other media compatible with 316 stainless steel. 3 Piece ball valves have a 'swing-out' centre section that allows them to be maintained whilst still in-line.

AVOL's electrically actuated V control ball valve series is offered with proportional control to maximise the advantage of the V Ball which creates linear style flow control. The V notch in the ball is available with 30, 60 and 90 degree notches to offer different flow rates with linear control characteristics. This version has a 60º V ball.

The compact yet powerful Smart AVA electric valve actuator is an all electronic actuator that offers as standard:

OLED Screen and external push button user interface | local controls | electronic end position adjustment | speed control to increase working time multi-voltage capability | IP67 fully weatherproof light weight ABS housing local visual position confirmation | anti-condensation heater | Models 20 & 50 are pre-wired with a 0.8m long (as standard, options available) multi-color multi-core connecting cable | can be operated manually in an emergency | digital control signal input and output | brushless motor.

AVA modulating actuators offer very accurate control as these all electronic actuators use digital magnetic position sensing technology combined with a brushless motor.
