Electric ball valve with a hygienic clamp end stainless steel ball valve and a modulating J+J electric actuator built in the Valve Actuation Centre by the actuation specialists at All Valves Online, every actuated valve is tested prior to shipping.
All Valves Online offer a full bore stainless steel 3 piece hygienic ball valve fitted with the modulating J4CS electric actuator. This AVOL 3 piece clamp end ball valve has an ISO mount pad for direct mounting the electric actuator, cavity filled RTFE seats and a Viton stem seal which covers many applications. End connections are clamp type enabling quick disassembly of the line for cleaning.
The AVOL 3 piece electrically actuated ball valve range offers the advantage of in-line maintenance capability as the valve's centre section swings out allowing the ball, cavity filled seats and body seals to be changed.
Allvalves offer these clamp end 3 piece stainless steel ball valves fitted with the current production J+J electric actuator, the J4CS actuator, which offers brushless motor technology and has a single universal multi-voltage range of 24V to 240V AC or DC, which it automatically detects.
This version has hygienic clamp connections and is fitted with an modulating J4C-S electric actuator, fitted with an internally mounted DPS digital positioner which can be configured to use either 4-20mA or 0-10V control. An output is provided as standard to give closed loop control.
