Pneumatic Process Control Valve | Air Actuated V-Ball Control Valve
The air actuated V Ball control valve range from All Valves Online offers a variety of pneumatic ball valve styles incorporating a V-notched ball to create a linear flow characteristic, all fitted with an AVP pneumatic actuator with proportional control.
Recently introduced, the air actuated V ball control valve offers a pre-set range of V notched balls (typically 30, 60 and 90 degree V notch) mounted inside a range of ball valve bodies that give a known linear flow as the V ball control valve moves through its 90 degree open to close rotation. Flow is controlled typically using a 4-20mA input control signal into a proportional controller mounted onto the AVP pneumatic actuator.
The AVP pneumatic actuator offers accurate proportional control with an electro-pneumatic, or pneumatic positioner fitted. All air actuated V-ball control valves are built, calibrated and tested in-house in the All Valves Online valve actuation center.
