All Valves Online Actuated Valves

Brass electric 3 way ball valve range using full bore 3-way brass ball valves with a direct mounted compact capacitor Basic 110-240Vfail safe AVA electric actuator, built and tested in-house prior to shipping by the valve actuation specialists All Valves Online.

This electric 3 way ball valve is designed for actuation with an integral ISO-5211 platform allowing the AVA electric actuator to direct mount creating a compact and lightweight actuated valve assembly. The brass 3 way ball valve is available L ported for diverting duties or T ported for mixing or diverting duties.

The AVOL full bore brass electric 3-way ball valves with BSP end connections are fitted with an industrial weatherproof Basic AVA actuator as standard which is multi-voltage capable with a low voltage version covering 24VAC or 24VDC, and a high voltage voltage range that covers 110V to 240V.

This version is an electric actuated brass 3-way ball valve with a 110-240V fail safe Basic AVA actuator. The fail safe AVA electric actuator employs internal capacitors to store energy which is discharged to set the AVA actuator in its pre-set 'safe' position on loss of external power. The 'safe' position can be set as fail closed, or fail open.

The IP67 weatherproof Basic AVA electric actuator provides a local visual and remote end of travel confirmation, anti-condensation heater, emergency hand operation when power is unavailable, and comes pre-wired with a 0.8m multi-colored multi-core cable.

Available in sizes from ½" to 2" with BSP female ends, every brass electric 3 way ball valve is assembled and bench function tested in the valve actuation centre at All Valves Online in the UK.
