Air Actuated cast iron ball valves and ductile iron ball valves fitted with AVP pneumatic actuators, applications include water, air and oils. Built configured and tested by the experts at All Valves Online.

The Genebre 2525 full bore ball valve has a ductile iron body, stainless steel ball and stem, ends are flanged and drilled to BS4504 PN16, and the ball valve is designed for actuation with an integral ISO 5211 mount allowing the direct mounting of AVP pneumatic actuators. All actuated valve assemblies are built and tested by All Valves Online prior to shipping.

• Made of Ductile Iron EN-GJS-400 (GGG-40).
• Face to Face according to EN 558.
• Ball seats PTFE + 15 % FG (please ask for other materials)
• Ball and Stem made of AISI 304
• O’ring in the stem FKM (Viton).
• Blow-out proof stem.
• Direct Mounting for actuator acc. to ISO 5211
• Max. Working pressure 16 bar
• Working Temperature -30ºC +180ºC.

All Valves Online offer 2 trim options, one with a stainless steel ball and stem, the other with a brass ball and stem.

AVP actuators are available air open air close (double acting) or air open spring close (single acting) and are sized with a minimum of 6 bar air pressure at the AVP pneumatic actuator. Should the applied pressure be less than 6 bar, contact All Valves Online to check sizing.
